The title of my magazine cover, "Healthy Eating" literally suggests to eat healthy. It's straight forward and tells the reader that the entire magazine is going to be about healthy eating habits. The warm colors used, set a calming and welcoming mood. The bolder texts, "EAT, LOOK, FEEL, and 15" all stand out from the other words and will draw in possible readers. A picture of a salad has been selected to be the main focus on the magazine because it is a healthy option that everyone will recognize. It has been shot from a top angle which helps show what the salad looks like and gives the readers a good view of the meal. It addresses the reader by giving an insight of what kind of meals they will be eating/making for themselves. It is a very simple, clean, and pretty picture that will catch the readers eye. The strapline is, "EAT good, LOOK good, FEEL good." This is an example of pathos because it is a positive sentence that will get people excited and push themselves to do a good thing that will benefit them. It suggests that the magazine will be helpful in a way that will ultimately make people feel better about themselves. Â
